How it works

Our technology

A three-stage process that captures VOCs, regenerates the filter, and condenses pollutants into a reusable liquid solvent — without ever burning them.

Capture & Adsorption

Exhaust flows through a zeolite bed that adsorbs VOCs until saturation, releasing clean air. Lower VOC concentrations extend the bed's life, keeping the process cost-effective.

Bed Regeneration

At saturation, an orchestrated regeneration releases the accumulated VOCs in concentrated form, returning the zeolite bed to its optimal state for the next cycle.

Cooling & Condensation

The concentrated VOC stream is condensed into a liquid solvent through a patented process, then extracted and redirected for reuse.
